Arranging for a Repair
This is not an online
form. It must be printed in order to be used. If you do not
have Adobe Acrobat reader it is a small download from the link
above right.
Print the form(s), complete,
and send it to us with the item(s) requiring repair. We will
contact you to confirm receipt, give you a quote and seek your
approval to carry out the repair.
Please complete one
form for each item requiring repair.
The majority of our work is
sent through shops, wholesalers and manufacturers via carriers
or the Royal Mail. We do, however, deal direct with the
general public for our full range of services. You may
send your repair either using the Royal Mail or your choice
of carrier. If you have difficulty getting to the post
office, we can, for a small charge, arrange a collection direct
from your address to be delivered straight to us. Please ring
for details.
Please send the item(s) with
a completed form for each item to the address at the top of
the page (and at the bottom of the form). We will contact you
upon receipt to give you a quote and seek approval for the repair.
All carriage charges
must be covered by the customer.
