If you have an item in need of repair, why not send
it direct to us with a covering letter detailing the repair
required, your name, address and a daytime telephone number
and we will contact you once we have inspected the item in
our workshop. Or simply call us where we will gladly discuss
your repair requirements prior to you sending the item to
us.
We will repair any make of handbag or luggage
(parts permitting) excluding suitcases and trolley cases other
than those brands mentioned on our manufacturers
list.

their guarantees. Any items recieved will only be repaired
free of charge where proof of purchase is provided, and the
damage is through manufacturing fault. Any disputes regarding
the nature of the fault will always be referred to the supplier
for a final decision.
